Project Manager

Main DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish the project planning and implement quality assurance processes accordingly
  • Monitor, measure and communicate project performance against delivery scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure that all requirements, project plans and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members
  • Create and communicate weekly status reports and project dashboards
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and coordinate work between the different teams
  • Managing key client accounts
  • Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects
  • Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Resource Planning for projects
  • Manage and motivate performance of the team through reviews, coaching and development
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implement continuous improvements
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing high quality of service
  • Provide necessary leadership, planning, communication and control activities within those teams to ensure the timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Manage all risks and issues and escalate to the business by performing risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders at one time, assigned by your reporting

PROFILE

  • Minimum Degree in IT or equivalent 
  • Certification in Project Management 
  • At least 5 years in a similar position 
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills 
  • Process & Service driven
